Purchased a used 2008 BMW 328xi from ZM European recently and while I've been searching online diligently for the last month or so, even as far as Sacramento. I was pleasantly surprised to find this car with low mileage in excellent condition just a few miles away from me. Joe and Tim are great at what they do. The process was smooth and quick. Test drove two cars and an hour or so later, we're driving home with the new purchase. All contractual options were explained in detail, Gap insurance, warranty etc. They even threw in an extra 6000 miles bumper to bumper warranty on top of what we purchased for free!
Will definitely go back if the need for another vehicle purchase comes up again.

1 less star as we did not see any free refreshments, not that we needed them as the process was quick anyway.

Guys were great here making my daughter feel comfortable and easy. She bought her first car at age 17.. dealer has great selection on cars great cars and good pricing

Thank you Niamat, great service, was able to get my SUV fix right away. Definitely would recommend if you have European automobiles.

Porsche Cayenne is what I ended up buying & have simce had it for 3 days now and loving it! The car rides smooth & feels safe!
I plan on continuing to do business with ZM.
WHY? I like to take my time looking at cars & Joe was great to work with. I need to improve my credit score so he spent at least 1-2 hours finding the best financial plan for my budget.
Joe and the others were easy to talk with and it was quite obvious they take pride in their work. Joe & Nammoth answered all my car-detailed questions & I never felt rushed.
