Purchased a used 2008 BMW 328xi from ZM European recently and while I've been searching online diligently for the last month or so, even as far as Sacramento. I was pleasantly surprised to find this car with low mileage in excellent condition just a few miles away from me. Joe and Tim are great at what they do. The process was smooth and quick. Test drove two cars and an hour or so later, we're driving home with the new purchase. All contractual options were explained in detail, Gap insurance, warranty etc. They even threw in an extra 6000 miles bumper to bumper warranty on top of what we purchased for free!
Will definitely go back if the need for another vehicle purchase comes up again.

Thanks again, ZM European!

1 less star as we did not see any free refreshments, not that we needed them as the process was quick anyway.

Guys were great here making my daughter feel comfortable and easy. She bought her first car at age 17.. dealer has great selection on cars great cars and good pricing

Probably one of the best Luxury car lots around! If you are looking for a used Luxury car, look no further and come check this place out! Super friendly customer service, answers all your questions, upfront and honest about the condition of the car and great prices! Bought a 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque here, great condition, well taken care of, and for a fair price!. Cesar reassured me that if my car were to ever problems to bring the car to them and they wouldn`t rip me off for the repairs. Clean Carfax on literally all the vehicles. They also have their listings online which is updated often which is great! We were able to test drive the car we wanted & take it for a mechanic inspection without a problem. We ended up buying the car and the entire process was a seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy a used Luxury car to come check this place out! You won't be disappointed and you will love your car! I know I do.

Amazing service with Tim at ZM. We came in looking for a Mercedes diesel van and Tim was so patient with us. We had the twins in tow and he did not bat an eye. Allowing them to run around his lobby and check out all the shiny cars. If you have not give them a chance I think you should be was very honest and open. Please note hubby was part of the automotive industry and knew what to look for and what questions to ask. We did not have an trouble taking the car out for a spin or checking out the soundness and safety of the vehicle on our own. They were attentive but not hover-y if that makes sense. We were in and out of there with no issues and even before our bank transferred over the funds... (we financed) he allowed us to drive the car off the lot with no issues. I appreciated his faith in us. They are surrounded by lots of car lots but the vehicles here look very clean and well taken care of. Thank you Tim for the amazing service. We hope to see you soon... but not too soon.

First to Review

I traded my Benz CLS550 for a BMW 650i. At first, I was a bit disappointed with the value I got for my car but it did need a lot of work, so in the end I will say it was fair. The gentleman in charge of finance is so very professional and polite. He explains everything in detail, is very transparent as far as rates. We were ready to agree to a rate when he stopped us and told us we had a better offer come in from a different bank. That was nice.

Fast forward, I'm driving for a month and get a flat. So I find out my rim is cracked I take it there and they fix it for free. Explaining that they're about more than just selling cars. They are going to fix my radio at a very low price of $200. I was expecting to pay over $1500 at a BMW mechanic thinking I had no other choice and my car needed some software update.

Great guys there. I thank them so much found my dream car. They worked with me, Fast professional experiences even stayed after hours for me. I love my X6.... I recommend them to my friends and anyone else. Everyone has compliant me on my car.

Great place! They go over an beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Moose is awesome, I would definitely consider this business again.

All in all, great people. Fair. Nice broad selection of foreign cars from what I see a lot are in excellent/beautiful condition. I feel lucky to have found them.
